Returns Thank you so much for your purchase and for supporting a small business in Brooklyn! We hope you love your purchase, but if you don’t please follow the below instructions:
• All Instagram and Online Store purchases are exchange/store credit only within 14 days. • Jewelry, Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Sunglasses, Hats, Belts, Shoes, Hair Clips, Discounted/Sale Items are all final sale and can not be returned.
Returned items must be in original condition that you received them, with all original tags still attached.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may return an item in person with your proof of purchase to one of Brooklyn locations and they will issue you a store credit for the cost of the item.
To ship back an item please include the Return Slip included in the package and ship back item(s) to:
Shipping All items purchased via Instagram will be shipped within 48hrs of payment. Tracking numbers will be sent via DM to your Instagram Account.
Orders within the USA typically take 2-7 business days to arrive. We do not currently ship internationally :(
Once an item has shipped and you have been provided with tracking, Awoke is not responsible if the item is lost in transit. We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs.
